Hi, I'm Jace.
(He/they)
I often work with folks in the LGBTQ+ community. I work best with those who describe themselves as intuitive, highly sensitive, and who are motivated to explore their internal and external worlds. I have no agenda for how you should be, I want to make space for you to "just be" and to explore and witness your genuine essence with you. I see myself as a guide on your journey to meet and build a relationship with all parts of your self. There is no part of the human experience that feels too complex or intense for me. It is an honor for me to be invited on a fellow human's path of healing and to hold for them a grounded space of non-judgement, safety, honesty, and unconditional kindness. I'm there with you to witness your story, to reflect your strengths to you, be curious about all your complex layers with you. I want to support you in aligning your life according to your own inner wisdom.
I am of Dutch, Indonesian, Irish, Jewish, and Scottish ancestry. I'm transmasculine. I was raised in a rural town in the Mojave desert. My intersecting identities, experiences, and my own journey in therapy deeply inform my work. I feel my greatest strengths as a therapist are my sincere curiosity and my hard fought ability to face and engage with the unknown, the uncertain, the ambiguous.
Personally, what sparks my life force: * birds *meaningful, soulful relationships *books/art/movies/music that I feel in my stomach *big open skies *history (from primordial up until now)
I have lived and/or training experience with the following identities: Autism Spectrum (Adults), Closed Community Religious Backgrounds, Intersex, Mixed-race, Non-Binary, Open Relationships and Non-Monogamy, Sex Workers, Transgender, and Vegan.
P.S. **I know about Astrology, Tarot, the Enneagram** :)
